That has many advantages. The resizing is not overly involved, and only
touches the swap and bootcode, not the pool itself.

Getting the OS to a fresh separate pool gives us some flexibility with
zpool versions, and more ability to play with boot environments etc on
zoo, so is likely a great path forward.
