I had a second freeze on my system between 23:10 and 23:15, The system was
pretty much idle. It was the second freeze in three weeks.

I suspect P-state operations may make the freeze more frequent, but are not=
 the
actual cause. If I understand P-States, they operate largely independent of=
 the
OS and adjust CPU frequency and voltage, but my knowledge is minimal.
