    cred: supplementary_group_member() => group_is_supplementary()
    
    The new name seems more immediately descriptive.
    
    While here, constify its signature ('struct ucred' isn't modified).
    
    While here, replace "supplemental" => "supplementary" in some comments.
    
    No functional change (intended).
