Done! Maybe the wiki needs to mention 10.X boot options and a few changes, but it works quite flawlessly! The only thing I would mention is that (at least with 10.1) you need to manually create the .cf files (from the .mc) in /usr/src/etc/sendmail if you use postfix or the "make distribution" will fail.
