Hi,

as I haven't seen anything about this on current yet, it's probably
platform specific: Using current r283546 on an Edge Router Lite I
see the time set to Thu Jan  1 01:00:00 CET 1970 as soon as ntpd
starts or ntpdate is called.
Maybe just a new variant of Bug #200083.
