The following reply was made to PR kern/78812; it has been noted by GNATS. From: Volker <volker@vwsoft.com> To: bug-followup@FreeBSD.org, eric@bsdunix.us Cc: Subject: Re: kern/78812: [workaround] logitech cordless mouse with ps/2 adapter Date: Sun, 09 Mar 2008 22:31:14 +0100 Eric, I'm sorry, nobody took care of your problem for a long time. I'm wondering if you're seeing the same problem with recent releases of FreeBSD (6.3/7.0), too? If so, can you please check if your mouse is working with a default configuration when not using the kvm switch? There are some kvm models on the market which are causing trouble (I've often seen problems when using a kvm switch connected to a notebook but also newer desktop chipsets are experiencing bad behavior). If you can't reproduce the problem anymore, please report this back so we can close this ticket. Thanks!
