ok, so after digging into it, and using "sysctl dev.iwm.0.debug=0x2001" to
enable rate and transmit debugging in iwm, I found that iwm WAS sending 11b and
11g frames to the AP ok, and they were being ACKed. Then we'd be dropped off.

So then I asked Charles if his AP had legacy clients disabled, and low and
behold, it did! ath(4) works on freebsd because 11n is enabled by default on
it, but iwm doesn't because it only does 11abg.

Once he disabled that option iwm worked fine on FreeBSD. He'll try it all out
on Haiku and report back.
