Ahh, that is likely the cause, it was trying to take it from
texts:
gzip -9c ${.CURDIR}/../COPYRIGHT > ${RD}/mfsfd/stand/help/COPYRIGHT.hlp.gz
for i in README.TXT RELNOTES.TXT INSTALL.TXT UPGRADE.TXT HARDWARE.TXT; do \
