Well, I just went to http://www.freebsd.org/tutorials where it
says:

   Writing device drivers for FreeBSD (gzipd tar file)

I clicked on the `gzipd tar file', was propted to save the file
(ddwg-html.tar.gz), downloaded it, untard it and it contained all
the HTML files that make up the tutorial.
