ftp://ftp.parc.xerox.com/pub/net-research/apps/sdr/sdr.freebsd.V2.1a13.gz is an SDR executable compiled with static TK and TCL libraries, so you shouldn't need to have tcl7.5 or tk4.1 installed to use it. Please let me know if you have any troubles with it. Bill
