Welcome Harti Brandt (harti) as a src committer. I will be his mentor.
Harti has submitted more sparc64 PRs than is good for him, he can now
close his own damn PRs. In the future Harti will also be working on
improving our ATM infrastructure and seeing what people think about his
project, ngATM.
