Is this the reason why a buildworld directly after a successful=20=20
buildworld=20was (re-)building parts of llvm (without doing _any_ change=20=
=20
in=20between)? I noticed this just last week but didn't took the time to=20=
=20
have=20a look or discuss somewhere (well, I thought "maybe it's a=20=20
feature=20of the bootstrap, it would surely get noticed if not").
