I do not think it is a hardware issue, since this machine is running on a KVM
guest.

Other than that, the problem looks similar, but sometimes in different points.
So, I am wondering if there is an issue related to out-of-order execution or
something in this area.

It seems the problem also hit long running applications as a heavily git clone,
thus, I would say this is not necessarily a GCC issue. It might be a
heavy-workload kind of issue.
