The resulting workflow (three buttons, a norm for users of GitHub):=20

1. Commit changes=E2=80=A6

2. Propose changes

3. Create pull request

Where people oversubscribe =E2=80=93 and then, are either unaware (or wilfu=
lly
ignorant) of None and Status buttons:=20

- contributions may be perceptibly less than valuable.=20

Please fix the primer.=20

At least: be honest about what contributors should expect.
