I've tried the media type flag. The dmesg during boot has cards claiming
100Mbs, I run the media type command and then ifconfig lists 10Mbs but I
still can't talk across the network.

I replaced the cards with 2 old ISA 10BaseT NE2000 cards and they work.

I just can't see a reason why the old NT drivers work with all of the 2114X
cards and the current FreeBSD seems like it can't work with many of 2114X
cards.
