https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=229745 --- Comment #45 from Wayne Willcox <wwillcox7@gmail.com> --- (In reply to Warner Losh from comment #44) one of the power supplies is a 600 corsair (not going to take the other system apart that also had this issue). I will try a third one power supply when I take this drive out of production service later this week and install it in a test rig. I have LONG since stopped buying inexpensive cheapo power supplies and have not had a problem since with the power supply failing or dropping power. It could be these 2 systems both have their power supply failing in the same way but that seems to be a bit of a stretch. When I get the 3tb WD red on Thursday I will copy the Blue drive to the Red and install it.. if the system stops failing it is pretty reasonable to assume it isn't the power supply. Then I will test the Blue with the original install in a test rig and (completely different power supply, motherboard and cpu) See if it continues to fail. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.help
