While the proper way would be to port xf86-input-evdev and use it with webcamd, you may have some luck with my USB HID driver [1]. It's very lightly tested (I don't have a lot of HID-compliant hardware), but it should work at least to some extent. Report back any results. [1] http://tx97.net/xf86-input-usbhid/
