This commit is to note that a new ports commiter, Ashish Shukla has
joined our ranks. He decided to deal with the devil and changed his
long-running contributions to a direct commit access. He already
maintains many ports in the tree including GNU Emacs, but he has helped
us out in porting the Glasgow Haskell Compiler as well.
Thomas Abthorpe and myself will guide him on the committer's way while
he learns that with great power, comes great responsibility (and so many
pointyhats).
