Log:
Name swap_pager_find_dev() more correctly swp_pager_finde_dev().
Use ->bio_children to count child buffers, rather than abuse the
bio_caller1 pointer.
Expand the relevant bits of waitchainbuf() inline, this clarifies
the code a little bit.
