Various cleanups, corrections, and enhancements to the mailing list entities.
- replace all '&a.mailman.listinfo;/freebsd-xxx' with '&a.xxx.url;'
- replace freebsd-aic7xxx with aic7xxx (link)
- remove non-existent links (cvs-committers, freebsd-core,
freebsd-developers, doc-committers, ports-committers, src-committers)
- use &os.current; and &os.stable; entities
- replace freebsd-cvs* with cvs* (name and link)
- replace CVS Web with CVSweb
- replace filesystem with file system
- add freebsd-i386 mailing list
- remove freebsd-install mailing list
- hub => hubs
- newbus => new-bus
- sparc => sparc64
