Mark, The version of KTH kerberos included with FreeBSD 4.0 appears to be slightly too early to do the AFS support required for Arla. What are the chances that it could be upgraded? Their krb4-19990219 seems to build cleanly on 4.0, and I used that to get a kauth that does the right thing. However, it would be nice if it were integrated in the default install :-). As someone inside the US, I guess that is not something I should really be doing, however. Arla seems to work quite well though; I am impressed. I ran into one cache coherrency issue when I started moving directories around, but otherwise it has been running stably for over 12 hours now. (I also had some problems with cross-realm stuff, but I'll survive :-).
