  Log:
  The Alpha doesn't have UserConfig (so I'm told anyways) so take out
  the part of the hardware notes that refers to it (as well as a
  bogus description of the GENERIC kernel).  This is already gone from
  CURRENT.  I haven't figured out what to do about the i386 on
  4-STABLE.
