Sorry that I CC'd you in on this a bit late, but it is a boot-time panic
when the card is being probed.  I'm not sure if I can get a crash-dump
under the circumstances -- but I'll try :)  The other option would be to
build without fxp in the kernel and see if loading the module has the same
effect.

I'll take a look tonight.
