JadeTeX doesn't consist of any executable files, it's just a collection of TeX macros. If there's a long standing rule that says "Documentation and nothing else" in the doc repository then I'll drop the idea immediately. I am trying to get this to the point where other people can look at the migrated Handbook and lend a hand.
