I ran into this exact issue with 13.1-RC3 Using an i9-12900KF 8p/8e cores.=

Random corruption using UFS.  UEFI doesn't work I had to install using CSM
enabled in the BIOS.  Samsung 980 Pro NVMe drive and Asus Prime Z690-P
motherboard.
