Marc van Woerkom 29.09.98 18.09 >- cd ./i4b/FreeBSD >- sh uninstall.sh >- cvsup -P - stable-supfile >- make world To cvsup, I need my ISDN Internet connection.. So I did: - cvsup -P - current-supfile - cd ./i4b/FreeBSD - sh uninstall.sh Which lead to disaster later on, when I tried to compile a decent 3.0 kernel, for the uninstall script wrote backups that were 2.2.7 specific :-) In fact I ran twice into this trap before realizing what happened. Regards, Marc BTW - what is the easiest way to put a 3.0 booteasy manager (one that has "da" instead of "sd" as standard device) on my disks? I created a 3.0 bootfoppy and made a bogus install, but this felt a bit unelegant.. To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-isdn" in the body of the message
