I found the only reliable way to install was either to: 1) copy the files to a dos partition 2) install over nfs I have ATAPI drives which also had problems...without a second machine, I'd recommend the first strategy. -- marty leisner@sdsp.mc.xerox.com Member of the League for Programming Freedom
