Try adduser.... also man adduser.
I beleive linux has the same command for those cli junkies.

Ok I work for a hosting company and we use FreeBSD I have found
everything I need to know from your site. One thing I cant find is how to
add another user for email. I know this sounds like a dumb question but we
have no control panel. Linux is easy to type setup in a ssh shell and you
can do it. I really need you help.
