  Log:
  Remove a RELENG_4-specific sanity check in vflush(). This was added
  in revision 1.249.2.10 to avoid panics if filesystem modules built
  with the old vflush() prototype were used. It has served its purpose
  now (and it doesn't protect against the other ABI changes since then).
