FreeBSD Services Ltd produce DVDs (and may do CDs in the future, I don't
know).

DaemonNews does an "all BSD" CD set.

Lehmann Online Bookstores (I think that's right) in Germany do a custom
CD set, including producing a cut down ISO image.

I'd guess there are probably Japanese distributions -- I seem to recall
Jordan had been sent one around this time last year.
