We should be on par with the Linux kernel version which was used for the last import. I never compiled/tested vaapi 965 driver myself. Sure, there may be bugs, which I think are even inevitable, but VCS engine is quite similar and simpler then render, so I expect that bugs can be fixed if reported. Obvious first step is to get libva 965 driver compiling and added to ports.
