I was able to download it just fine:

(dan@dan) /usr/ports/net/trafshow> make fetch
=> trafshow-5.2.3.tgz doesn't seem to exist in /usr/ports/distfiles/.
=> Attempting to fetch from ftp://ftp.nsk.su/pub/RinetSoftware/.
trafshow-5.2.3.tgz                            100% of  139 kB   13 kBps 00m00s

Extra mirror locations never hurt, though.
