ASUS N3150I-C is fairly buggy. I have experienced following problems since I bought it. 1. If system is up for more than about 1 week, then 'shutdown -r' doesn't work as is expected. System itself is shut down successfully but final reset is not triggered. 2. Suddenly 'maybe kernel: re0: watchdog timeout' message is displayed several times and then NIC gets unavailable.
