It's pretty much identical actually except that I didn't touch
the manpage.  Oh, and I left DIST_CRYPTO_BIN around rather than
axeing it.  As long as it has been tested I'm fine with either one.
I do think we should fix the skrb5 issue.  Hmm, actually, having
looked at how the src dists are built (one for each top-level dir
in /usr/src), getting rid of skrb5 would require an ugly hack, so
I guess we should leave it around.
