    linuxkpi: Define `COUNT_ARGS()` and `CONCATENATE()`

    `COUNT_ARGS()` counts the number of arguments it is passed. The
    implementation is heavily inspired from the one of `CTR()`.

    `CONCATENATE()` is an alias for `__CONCAT()`.
