`kernelel' is caused by unnecessarily(?) "restoring" the bios area at the
end of kzipboot/boot.c. This trashes the BIOS state. In particular,
the row and column gets set to a previous value and the next string
printed overwrites a previous string:

	[cursor saved here]
	Uncompressing kernel...
	done
	[cursor restored here]
	Booting the kernel	[overwrites "Uncompressing..."]
Booting the kernelel...	[ final result]
done [ second line of final result ]
