Hi, > Is this quirk entry still required to use these drives? I just want > to recheck before affecting performance on drives that might work > fine without it. Yes, I still require the entry. This is the result without the entry on FreeBSD 4.4-RELEASE. (SMP is not affected) I cannot upgrade the host to 4.4-Stable, because the host is our server. Thank you. amagai@nue.org Nov 19 09:41:46 host /kernel: cpu_reset_proxy: Grabbed mp lock for BSP Nov 19 09:41:46 host /kernel: cpu_reset_proxy: Stopped CPU 1 Nov 19 09:41:46 host /kernel: Copyright (c) 1992-2001 The FreeBSD Project.
