I didn't pay much attention to it :)

I have had this problem in my 12.x-STABLE environment since probably the sa=
me
time.
What I know is that we have to wait about 5-7 minutes for it to run, not th=
at a
reboot or power off doesn't run.
Also, if we reboot or power off with little disk access, there is almost no
such waiting time. But this is unclear.
