Actually, deleting them there first is the way to go. If the file is on the vendor branch, deleting it from there will auto-delete it from the trunk. I used this technique with last few Groff imports. Peter liked this as well. :-) The rule of thumb: ``cvs co -rVENDOR'' and ``cvs co -vLATEST'' should produce the same output.
