I downgraded cython3 to py311-cython-0.29.37_2, deinstalled py311-lxml5-5.3.1 and so was able to compile and install py311-lxml-4.9.3_1 and py311-pyyaml-6.0.1_1. Now I should be able to upgrade libreoffice and so on. py311-cython3-3.0.12 is not downward compatible to compile those two mentioned. Maybe one knwoing what * is doing can solve this.
