Heh, I can understand that use, but...

My worry is just that people running widely-connected servers will see the
wording "temporary network outages" and "unexpectedly terminated TCP
connections", thinking that disabling keepalives is best.  I guess my
complaint is that no actual numbers are given; one could reasonably guess
that temporary was 30 seconds, and assume that keepalives reset
connections all over the place, which really isn't the case.  I'm not sure
how to reword it to be more accurate, however.  Robert? :)
