It seems that I used to be able to query

     http://www.FreeBSD.org/cgi/man.cgi?manpage

but now, it simply says it cannot find the page, no matter what I specify.
However,

     http://www.FreeBSD.org/cgi/man.cgi?query=manpage

works.
