Log:
Null-terminate the message for a warning symbol in the __warn_references()
macro for ELF. Ian@cygnus.com says that is the proper way to use
the ".gnu.warning.SYMBOL" sections. However, he has accepted Doug
Rabson's BFD patch anyway.
