[PATCH] Un-note initial invocation of `freebsd-install`

I reported this via the mailing list[0] and mentioned providing a patch.

This patch addresses the issue of the instructions for section 26.2.3
"Performing Minor and Major Version Upgrades" mentioning that `freebsd-inst=
all`
must be ran for the first time to patch the kernel and kernel modules only =
in a
note.

The note is now truly just a note and the rest of the document reads as
expected.
