It is correct, though it does sound funny. I think that might have been Adam's intention when he wrote it. "build" in this case is an adjective to describe problems rather than a verb. Perhaps "Simple solutions to fix build problems - quickly!" would have been better, but then we wouldn't have the double entendre.
