Wether "man mount", "man fstab" nor "man mount_cd9660" mention the
fstab equivalent options for -r, -e, -g which could be extracted
from the mount_cd9660 binary via strings and are named
rrip
extatt
gens
These missing information is a general problem in all mount_*
manpages!
