There've been a few reports on this list of the diagnostic
devstat_end_transaction: HELP!! busy_count for wd0 is < 0 (-1)!
This seems to be reproducible pretty much at will here (3.0-BETA as
of the last 24 hours), if anyone is looking to track this down.
