have the following pci cardbus controller but
cannot get it to initialise.
: none2@pci0:13:0: class=0x060700 card=0x00000000 \
: chip=0xac50104c rev=0x01 hdr=0x02
: vendor = 'Texas Instruments (TI)'
: device = 'PCI1410 PC card cardBus Controller'
: class = bridge
: subclass = PCI-CardBus
note - i've pretty much everything in modules so
perhaps that's the problem but since my build time
is near 2 days i thought i'd check for wisdom first.
i have tried
: # kldload pccard
: # kldload cardbus
but noted that pccard is already loaded and cannot
be removed. it outputs
: # kldunload pccard
: kldunload: can't unload file: Device busy
and logs
: Mar 17 11:02:36 eyore kernel: kldunload: \
: attempt to unload file that was loaded \
: by the kernel
running the pccardd simply delivers
: Mar 17 11:03:44 eyore pccardd[12099]: fatal \
: error: no PC-CARD slots
what is the pccbb? i don't have a module for it
so i'm guessing this is the missing piece.
tia, for any titbits
