            Bug ID: 253499
Summary: find(1) doesn't list `-not` as an extension to POSIX
           Product: Documentation
           Version: Latest
          Hardware: Any
                OS: Any
            Status: New
          Severity: Affects Many People
          Priority: ---
         Component: Manual Pages
          Assignee: bugs@FreeBSD.org
          Reporter: bugcounterism@malbolge.net
                CC: doc@FreeBSD.org

The STANDARDS section of find(1) lists options that are an extension to POS=
IX
find(1) syntax. But `-not` is missing from that list of extensions.

GNU, NetBSD, and OpenBSD all mention it as not part of POSIX.
