 I've just seen, you've enabled DEVICE_POLLING in kernel config. Can you
 please try to remove that option and instead use `ifconfig em0 polling'?
 
 The use of 'option DEVICE_POLLING' is deprecated.
 
 Does that make your box not panicing?
